We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were clean and maintained well. We had fun at the pool area and appreciated the convenience of having a bar onsite. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we accidentally booked the wrong room type. We also enjoyed the location of this hotel as it was near many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to get around.
Cannot find any fault. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't ask for more from this hotel. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great value for money. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect for my city break, with easy access to local attractions. Really appreciate the gym and pool facilities.
It was disappointing to have inconsistent housekeeping service during my stay. The reception staff could have been more welcoming and friendly upon check-in. The car park was quite tight and busy, had to park a bit further than preferred.

Convenient Location, Complementary Amenities My city break at this hotel was great due to its convenient location and complementary amenities. The hotel was close to popular shopping malls and restaurants which made it easy to visit without taking transportation. Additionally, the hotel provided complementary amenities that added value to my stay.
Noisy Walls, Poor Shuttle Service The hotel’s walls were super thin, so I could hear noisy guests in the next room which disturbed my sleep. Moreover, the shuttle service was poor. The driver was rude and dropped me off at the mall without returning for pick-up. This was frustrating and I had to walk back to take my car to collect my wife and friends.

The location was great for both business and leisure activities, with plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. The breakfast was satisfying and fuelled us up for our day. The pool was refreshing and a hit with the kids.
The staff at the front desk could have been friendlier and more accommodating.
